📡 VK4RSE D-STAR Repeater Now Active on 23cm! 📡

The amateur radio community in VK4 is advised that the VK4RSE D-STAR repeater has been upgraded with Module A, enabling 23cm (1296 MHz band) operation.

The specific frequencies for the 23cm module are:

  • Output: 1293.65 MHz
  • Input: 1273.64 MHz

This expansion provides a new avenue for D-STAR communication within the VK4 coverage area. We encourage users with 23cm-capable radios to connect and explore this band using the specified frequencies.

70cm – 439.8MHz output, 432.8MHz input, RPT1 = VK4RSE B / RPT2 = VK4RSE G  – statically linked to REF023C

23cm – 1273.65MHz output, 1293.65MHz input, RPT1 = VK4RSE A / RPT2 = VK4RSE G – unlinked by default – linking available using DTMF or UR callsign.

Linking via UR – REF003CL to link to REF003C, _______I (seven spaces then an I) to enquire on linking status, ______U (seven spaces then U) to unlink
